What is a Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel is one of the least invasive ways to improve the appearance of your skin. While there are many different types of chemical peels, they all utilize one or more acid solutions to remove the damaged outer layer of skin and improve skin tone and texture. Chemical peels offer a deep resurfacing and cleansing result.
What happens after the peel?
After every peel, there may be some minor swelling and redness as well as mild to moderate peeling of the skin. Aftercare instructions will be provided after your chemical peel. Your skin will require high levels of moisturizing at home and our team will make sure you have the best products to nourish your skin. We recommend an ample amount of medical grade sunscreen to protect the skin from any damage when it is freshly exposed.
